Dem Bundesamt für Sicherheit im Gesundheitswesen (BASG) wurde von der italienischen Behörde mitgeteilt, dass in Italien, zusätzlich zu den bereits bekannt gegebenen Provinzen, in Forlì-Cesena die ID WNV NAT Testung für Spenden von Blut und Blutkomponenten eingeführt wurde.

The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care (BASG) has been informed by the ECDC (European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control) that in France, in addition to the regions already announced, confirmed autochthonous cases of Chikungunya have been recorded in the Départements Gironde and Isère.
