We kindly ask you to proceed as follows when submitting an application for a Certificate of a Pharmaceutical Product (CPP):

• Submit your application via the "Online Service" on the homepage
• Follow the information in the guidelines
• Attach all required documents and information to your application

If applications cannot be submitted in accordance with the guidelines, applications can still be submitted by e-mail. In this case, the requirements for the previous procedure must be considered.

• Please submit only one application per email
• Only use the application form provided below
• Please do not add comments (e.g., which documents are attached to the CPP, that the CPP will be collected personally, etc.) in the body of the email itself. Any special requests should be entered into the section of the application form specifically intended for this purpose ('Remarks' section)
• Please submit all files (application form, attachments to the CPP, information on the manufacturer, if applicable) as a single document.
