Since 2020, an accessible PDF document must be created based on the final package leaflet.

The BASG therefore provides accessible Word templates for download at "Accessible Package Information - BASG".

Submission of an accessible PDF (PDF/UA):

The accessible PDF document has to be uploaded via eService. For clear identification please extend the file name with the ending "_UA.pdf", "_accessible.pdf" or "_barrierefrei.pdf". It is also essential to confirm that the PDF/UA version is identical in content to the approved WORD version in the comments when uploading to eService. (A short comment is sufficient.)
