Creating Accessible Package Leaflets – FAQ Update
Since July, it has been possible request conversion to accessible product information texts, even for several products together, if this cannot be done within ongoing regulatory procedures. Based on previous experience, the corresponding FAQ No. 2 has now been updated and supplemented regarding this approach.
The request for procedure initiation should only be submitted when the corresponding PDF/UA documents can also be uploaded promptly. Only the relevant accessible texts in PDF/UA format are to be uploaded, since the corresponding, approved MS Word versions are already on hand. Since no changes in content or other revisions are to be made in the course of this conversion, the "Date of (last) revision" in these texts will not change.
