The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care has been informed via the Maltese authority that a recall of Gynemed GmbH&Co KG products (Denu tips and aspiration needles for oocyte puncture) has occurred due to insufficient documentation of tests and controls of raw material. Harm to embryos and oocytes cannot be ruled out with certainty. This letter corresponds to the current state of information of the BASG. As soon as further information is available, it will be announced.
