Currently, the letter symbol may be displayed incorrectly in the open communications area for ongoing procedures. The icon can be seen even though no new message has been published by the authority for a procedure. This happens when there is at least one entry in the Completed Communications area where the "Status Company" field is empty (i.e. no selection has yet taken place on the part of the company), regardless of whether there is currently an entry in the Open Communications.
Workaround:It is recommended to set the "Status Company" field to "Closed" for all completed communication entries.
This bug will be fixed by a 3/31/2020 import.
