The product called "EXS Delay Spray" was marketed as a spray for prolonging sexual intercourse by delaying sexual climax in men in a stationary erotic shop in Austria. The product is also available on international online sales platforms.
According to official investigations, "EXS Delay Spray" contained the undeclared active ingredient lidocaine. Therefore, the product is to be classified as an illegal medicinal product. This poses an unknown health risk.
Importing this illegal medicinal product from abroad is a punishable offence.
