The Federal Office for Safety in Health Care has been informed that confirmed autochthonous cases of chikungunya have been recorded in the following regions in France:
Gennevillier (department of Hauts-de-Seine), overseas department of La Reunion: Saint-Pierre (Etang Salé, Ravine des Cabris, Le Tampon), Saint-Paul (L'Ermitage, Sant Gilles les Bains), Paris (department of Paris).
